Natural Treasures Bamboo Woven Wood Shades offer a rich selection of patterns and styles from the Standard Roman Fold which has a 7" Valance in the front to Waterfall which hangs off the front of the headrail eliminating the front valance. These stunning shades fit virtually every setting from elegant to a casual beach look. Optional liners are available to ensure light blockage or privacy. All shades with cords are sent with tensioners or cord cleats.

Color Accuracy Policy:

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards because computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and can't be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. Also, most of our products use Color Coordinated Components. Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product's slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color-coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilter mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc. If an exact color match is needed, please call and make an appointment for an in-home estimate and a friendly sales representative will bring the actual samples to your home for examination.

PRO DESIGN WOVEN WOODS WARRANTY Our Guarantee: What is covered by this warranty? This woven wood shade is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, provided that: 1. The product was installed according to the product instructions. 2. Pro Design recommendations were followed regarding limitations and specifications of the product. Pro Design reserves the right to determine if your shade warrants a repair or partial replacement of any parts. If necessary, Pro Design will replace your shade with a new shade of equal or superior value. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty. Who is covered by this warranty? This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase in a residential application within the USA. What is not covered by this warranty? Your Pro Design woven wood shade is made from natural materials, which will show natural variations in color, texture and weave. They may also show some fading and discoloration over time, or cracking, twisting, bowing or stretching and shrinkage due to exposure to direct sunlight or excessive moisture. These are not considered defects for the purposes of this warranty. This warranty does not cover the removal or installation of original or replacement shades. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by, or resulting from improper maintenance, neglect or improper use, wear and tear, abuse, neglect, accidents, alteration, commercial use, installation, removal or reinstallation or exposure to excessive moisture. Your rights under State Law This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from State to State. In no event shall Pro Design be liable for incidental or consequential damages of for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties.

Shipping Fees

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 94 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 94 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a 90 dollar oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 94 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) there will be TWO charges for a total of 180 dollars in shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 94 inches that is from the same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind.

Excludes Plantation Shutters, which incur no additional shipping charges.
