the fastest

possible,

most
products
via UPS
or Federal
Express Ground direct from the manufacturing
facility located closest to you. Normal delivery
is 2-5
business days once production is completed
on packages
93" or
less.
If your
package
is too
big for
UPS,
we'll
ship it via a freight carrier (usually right
to your door). Most orders under 94" width/length
are shipped
free
anywhere
in the
continental
United
States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
Orders
94" and over width/length will have an oversized freight charge of $90.00 and will be shipping common freight carrier.
Horizon Averte & Roman Fold Shades can be shipped to
Alaska and Hawaii. Approximate shipping cost is $65 - $90 per shade depending on the size.

Color
Accuracy
Although
we do our best to make sure that the colors shown on
our web site are accurate, actual colors can vary slightly.
For viewing blinds on our web site, a 24 bit true-color
display card is recommended. In addition, subtle color
differences and textures may not be fully appreciated
on some systems. Due to the fact that our products are
all custom made, and can't be returned, you may wish
to have a sample sent to you before ordering.
Price
Guarantee
No
one can be the cheapest on every product but we Guarantee
to offer high quality products at a very competitive
pricing.
Payment Options
Since
all window treatments from BlindsOnSale.com, Inc. are
custom made to your specifications, all orders are paid
for when your order is placed. We accept Visa, Mastercard
Discover, American Express, cashier's checks, Personal
Checks and Money Orders.
Changes Cancellations and Refunds
Since our products are custom made to your specifications,
they are not suitable for resale. It is very important
that you are sure of your purchase decisions because
they are non returnable. All order are custom manufactured
to your specifications and once an order is placed it
cannot be cancelled. All products are non-returnable.
If you receive a product and it has been damaged in
shipping, the manufacture will repair or replace the
products at their expense.
Sales Tax Information
Outside
of Oklahoma, you do not have to pay any sales tax. Oklahoma
resident sales tax of 8.375% will automatically be added
to all orders.
Delivery
Times
Depending on the product and manufacturer, quick ship products are 2-3 production days. Most others are 5-7 business days production with the exception of B & W Horizon Natural Shades which is 10 business day production. Please allow 2-5 UPS business days to receive your order 93" or under. Orders over 94" will ship freight line with a 5 - 10 business days delivery. We will be happy to furnish you will tracking information once your order has shipped.
Lifetime Warranty
Most
Everything we carry is covered by a Limited Lifetime
Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials
or workmanship so long as the product is measured and
installed properly. In the unlikely event that you need
warranty service, just E-mail us. Our trained customer
service representatives will be happy to arrange for
a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. Vinyl
Vertical, Smooth & Textured have a 10 year warranty
on Dura-Vue® Headrail.
Warranty
Claims
Upon
delivery of your window treatments, inspect all the
boxes for damage. If you notice any box which looks
damaged, have the driver open and inspect the product.
Refuse any box which has damage to it and write down
the box number and tracking number. If the product is
left on your porch and your new blinds arrive damaged,
call 1-800-919-4301 immediately. You will have 7 days
from time of receiving product to turn in a damage report
with the manufacture. The blind must be kept in the
original box and we will need the tracking number from
the box. We will contact the manufacture and issue a
return authorization for the product. The manufacture
will repair or replace the product at their expense.
If the product is replaced, the freight
company will pick up the damaged box with 30 days of
the freight claim. Call us before discarding the blind.
Personal Quality Assurance
We
will do everything under our control to insure your
satisfaction. Any error on our part, or the manufacturer
part will be promptly corrected. If you make a mistake
in ordering measuring, we will give you an "Oops"
discount of at least 10% on a reorder. If the plant
gives a greater discount, we will pass that on to you.
