Bamboo Shades

Horizons B & W Woven Wood Shades are a premium collection of Bamboo woods, Jutes, Reeds and Rattans. Bamboo shades are made of natural woods and can be used in a room that is very formal to the most casual of rooms. We are sure that you will be able to find a bamboo shade that will coordinate with your existing furniture and woods in you home.

Color Accuracy Policy:

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards because computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and can't be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. Also, most of our products use Color Coordinated Components. Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product's slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color-coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilter mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc. If an exact color match is needed, please call and make an appointment for an in-home estimate and a friendly sales representative will bring the actual samples to your home for examination.

Straightened Cord Controls on UpRight Roman Shades

Old UpRight Controls pulled
across the front of the shade.

The new standard UpRight
offsets the controls for a cleaner
look and improved operation.


Important Considerations:
Outside Mount: The valance and headrail will be up to 1” wider than the shade.

Inside Mount: 1/4” IM deduction from valance and headrail;
7/8” IM deduction from the shade (5/8” on the control side
and 1/4” on the non-control side).

Natural Wood Shades Lifetime Limited Warranty B&W Window Fashions warrants that its Horizons products - properly installed in a residential dwelling will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. All fabric colors tend to lose their original intensity over time, and pull cords eventually wear out. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by this warranty. Abuse and misuse are not covered. Color lots vary and may not exactly mach a previously ordered product. Repair is the purchaser’s sole remedy under this guarantee. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, installation or service calls.

Shipping Fees
UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 94 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 94 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a 90 dollar oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 94 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) there will be TWO charges for a total of 180 dollars in shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 94 inches that is from the same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind.

Excludes Plantation Shutters, which incur no additional shipping charges.
