Sample Swatch Program
To help with your selection, BlindsOnSale.com offers free samples on almost all
of our window treatment products. Whether you're insterested in window blinds,
window shades, or shutters, you can request samples online or call toll free 1-
800-919-4301.
Because samples are actual cuttings of the material, they provide you with the
most accurate representation of color, texture, and opacity. Most materials are
carried in stock, but we are happy to custom order almost any sample you desire.
You may order up to 10 samples for free.
Although we do our best to make sure that the colors shown on our website are
accurate, actual colors can vary slightly. Keep in mind that subtle color
differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems. Dye lots
can vary on some blinds.
How to Order Samples
1. Click on the product you'd like a sample of.
2. On the product's profile page, scroll down to the table where "Color Chart" tab is listed. Click on the "Color Chart" tab if it not already selected.
3. Find the color you want and click "Request Sample" button to add the sample swatch to your shopping cart.
4. To finish ordering your sample swatches, go to your shopping cart and checkout. You will only be asked for relevant shipping information unless you have selected more then 10 swatches. After 10 free samples, a shipping and handling charge of $ 1.00 will be added for each additional swatch, and you will be asked to enter payment information.
Most swatches will arrive in 3-7 days. Depending on
availability, however, your swatch order may take up to 3 weeks. If you do not receive
your swatches, please call customer service at 1-800-919-4301.
