Graber Composite Plantation Shutter is a series of high-quality mixture of real wood and pvc vinly. This type of material offers more durability than traditional wood shutters, allowing you to confidently put shutters in high traffic or areas with moisture like bathrooms or kitchens. Available in 1 7/8", 2 1/2", 3 1/2" and 4 1/2" louver sizes.

Graber Plantation Shutters are custom made to your specifications and cannot be altered or canceled after submittal. Shutters are guaranteed to meet specifications and sizes or will be repaired or replaced. All order will be reviewed and verified by phone prior to entry and the full amount will be charged when the order is placed.

Color Accuracy Policy:

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards because computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and can't be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. Also, most of our products use Color Coordinated Components. Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product's slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color-coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilter mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc. If an exact color match is needed, please call and make an appointment for an in-home estimate and a friendly sales representative will bring the actual samples to your home for examination.

Shutter Style: Avaiable in 2 styles. Full Height Shutters or Cafe Shutters (usually half the window height).
Inside Frame Type: Hang Strip, Standard L Frame, Standard Z Frame and Deluxe Z Frame. (See Spec tab for more info)
Outside Frame Type: L Frame, 2" Deco or 3" Deco.
Shutter Configurations: Available in 20 different configurations
Divider Rail: Available from 20" to 60" from the bottom of the shutter. (Required on heights over 72")

Graber Plantation Shutters Lifetime Limited Warranty We warrant that our shutters will be defect free in materials or workmanship as for as long as the original purchaser owns the shutters. Provided that such products were properly installed; and such products were made or assembled exclusively from original materials and components. Any resale or other transfer of the product and/or materials voids this warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Norman International be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or for any expense associated with such damages. Repair or remakes of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty and in no event shall Spring Window Fashions, be liable for costs to remove and/or reinstall the product. Repairs will be made only with like or similar parts. This warranty does not include shipping charges, and costs of labor for measuring installation. This warranty does not cover any condition of or damage to the shutter or window from unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, act of God, motorized devices, wear and tear or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance. Improper, inappropriate, or unauthorized replacement parts, repairs or maintenance voids this warranty. This warranty excludes all liability for removal of the shutter and reinstallation in the same or another window. Due to manufacturing, natural variations in color, grain and texture in these products, Springs Window Fashions is not able to guarantee exact matches on subsequent orders. Returns cannot be authorized due to these normal variations. All other warranties, both express and implied, are expressly disclaimed. This warranty excludes all liability for consequential or incidental damages for any cause whatsoever. All other rights are governed by the state law in which the shutters were purchased, and may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Shipping Fees
UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 94 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 94 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a 90 dollar oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 94 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) there will be TWO charges for a total of 180 dollars in shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 94 inches that is from the same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind.

Excludes Plantation Shutters, which incur no additional shipping charges.
