The Whimsy Board Mounted Valance in the photo shown here is in Bramasole, Spa. The window blind that is mounted under the valence in this photo is a 2" Designer Wood Blind in the color Sable. There are many other fabric choices in solids or patterns to go with virtually any room in your home. Depending on the fabric that you choose for your window treatment these valances can have a more traditional look or can be used in a casual setting. On the Whimsy window valances, the pleat width will vary depending on the width of the valance. This window treatment also comes with a standard lining. 4" or 7" returns can be used depending on the application. Four inch returns are perfect for mounting over blinds or shades but order the seven inch return if you are mounting this window treatment over other drapery applications.

Also, most of our products use Color Coordinated Components. Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product's slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color-coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilter mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc. If an exact color match is needed, please call and make an appointment for an in-home estimate and a friendly sales representative will bring the actual samples to your home for examination.

Shipping Fees
UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 94 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 94 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a 90 dollar oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 94 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) there will be TWO charges for a total of 180 dollars in shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 94 inches that is from the same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind.

Excludes Plantation Shutters, which incur no additional shipping charges.
