Hi Barbara,
We received the arch the first of last week and the blinds followed shortly after. We were unable to install at that time because of obligations but got them up today and are very pleased with the results. We're extremely happy with the fast shipping, quality and accurate fitting of the product... We'll let others know when the opportunity arises... Also, because I had made contact with www.blindinstallation.com (and they were very aggressive in pursuing me) I wound up using their installer. I was charged $85 for the arch and blind which required an extension ladder and I thought the installer "Benny Davis" did an excellent job. Overall I thought very fair.. Just thought I'd let you know..

Barbara, we labored for months to build our new home, and as the final details came together we determined to find the right source to purchase one of the most important aesthetic features, blinds. We received recommendation from our friends, checked all the major big box stores, checked local providers by going to their location and kept running into higher prices and lesser quality than what you were offering. Even though we live in Michigan and your offices are in Oklahoma, you determined from the outset to go out of your way to assist us with getting it right.
