Nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes. If you make a mistake measuring your blinds, relax! We'll remake it for you at no cost — up to 4 blinds per household (unless it was our mistake, in which case, we'll make it right!).

We guarantee you won't overpay.

Buying from saves you over 50% of what it normally costs for custom blinds at a local shop.

Do you want something today, but are worried it might go on sale soon? We've got you covered. If you buy something and then see it on sale at within 30 days, let us know and we'll refund the difference.

We guarantee you'll love it.

You're going to love your new blinds, we know it. So we'll make you this promise: If you're unhappy for any reason, we'll do everything we can to fix it, or you can return your items within 60 days for a full refund. You just have to cover the return shipping.

Order changes.

Because our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, we cannot resell them. So please review your choices before placing your order.

Production typically starts the morning after an order is placed. So once you place an order, changes can only be made within 12 hours by email or phone.

Inspection of merchandise.

Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. We can repair or replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost to you if you tell us within 7 days of receiving them. If a package is visibly damaged on delivery, please note that with the carrier when you sign for it.
